Wow, that's pretty cool Tony. Was it right there by the picnic area?
Paul we were actually coming back from the bath house when I heard it moving through the brush next to the trail. I almost walked by thinking it was a lizard but then thought the sound wasn't quite as sharp stepped back and saw the king pattern moving away from a basking spot. I snagged it out of the brush much to the surprise of the guy walking a few feet behind me! His reaction was quite amusing.
