Does anyone know of a herp pathology book- something a vet might use? I am curious about photos of conditions and treatments.

Reptile Medicine and Surgery by Dr. Douglas Mader. Excellant resource in my opinion. For parasites, a small book by Roger Klingenberg called Understanding Parasites.

Both are excellant...but with all books far from the only resources necessary.

Mader’s book, mentioned by Rich, is the primary text for veterinarians. But unless you get a great deal on a used copy of the original edition published in 1996, you’d be advised to wait for the new edition which is expected later this year.
