What kind of gecko???

jdlyk Jun 27, 2004 07:07 PM

I am looking to getting a new gecko and was wondering which to look into. I already have leo's and I want something, preferrably, that can be handled. Any input would be great. Thanks!!! Joe

Hello:
I've found African Fat-Tail Geckos (Hemitheconyx caudicinctus) to be one of the most even tempered of all geckos. Try them. They are easily handleable.
Good Luck!!!

i think a crested would be good.i have a pair of them that laid their first clutch a month ago.they are great geckos to hold but can be jumpy at times.other than this they are great pets.as for fat tails ive never had any experience with one but ive heard good things about them.
