Alligator lizard eggs

I just found an injured alligator lizard. A few days later it layed about 7 eggs. Is there anything special to do or not do? HELP!

don't worry, if you read down the forum,
there's a whole bunch of info on rearing eggs.
look for Alice's posts. she's very knowledgable.
