I guess atleast the hypo dumerils are now a proven trait. Shes had one live baby and one hypo(in the photo) that was alive long enough to break free of the sake and get crushed by her. Hopefully shell have some more hypos, the photo is dark but that animal is blaze orange with NO cross over saddles down its back. The zig zag on it runs all the way down its back almost unbroken. Id photo the birth for yall but she stopped as soon as I stuck my head in there, she dont seem to care for me screwing around while shes doing her thing so I am trying to find other things to do LOL(hense why I am picturing dead snakes while she gives birth) Anyway just figured Id share thanks Jason

Premature Dumerils I've seen before always have less black pigment and plenty of red. Did you line breed to produce this clutch(in order to express a mendalian trait)? Or was it proven out in a co-dom fashion with an outbreed?

Does this guy look premature. You don't have a clue what you are talking about

You show a pick of an obviously older snake, and not one from the litter in discussion. So, whats your point? The dead baby pictured has the typical pinkish "I wasn't ready to come out" look found in many snakes, including Dumerils. Color is the last stage of devlopement, and being just a few days early can make a world of difference. Sorry buddy, try again.

Maybe you should ask to see the father of the litter.
