Genaroleon Jun 28, 2004 12:06 PM

Well here she is, last years picture of my 04 Fatboy (got her Oct of 03)... a HOG I just had to buy when I saw her. Since this picture Ive had to throw on more accessories, but damn they are so friggin expensive. The bike in the background is my 01 Honda Shadow ACE... not seen in the photos are the 03 Road King and my 01 Hayabusa (gotta have the speed as well as the thunder right)...

Well, first off, I like the bike. I used to work for a harley shop, and this is probably the best question I was ever asked while I was working there......

What does a Harley Davidson have in common with a hound dog?

I'll post the answer below, but try to figure it out on your own first!

Take care,

Paul

They both like to ride in the back of a truck!

YEUP! A little crack at how often they tend to break down-LOL! They're still nice to look at though. Take care

well they vibrate just like any other bike would.Their new HD's engines are rubber mounted.. my buddy gets more vibes on his little tiny sportser than I do on my RoadKing or my Fatboy. Harleys are definately over priced - but lucky for me I can afford to"waste" money.

Thats why the only people buying, and riding them these days are not TRUE bikers, but a bunch of rich yuppies who think that Harley ownership makes them a biker. A true biker does'nt give a hoot what the lable on the tank says or how many heads they can turn. A true biker just loves to ride, anything, anywhere, anytime, in ANY weather. Ride a couple thousand miles on snow and ice with your face frozen, and your body on the virge of hypothermia, icecicles hanging from your whiskers, dragging your feet to stay up-right, and then, get off and say how much you love to ride! Ride till your hemroids bleed, and then tell us how much you love to ride. A real biker dosent need to spend a crap load of money on a scoot. After all,...how much of your bike can you see when you are sitting in the saddle, riding it?!
Tony.
