my girls toe ...Please Help

Is hanging their its black were it came off.should I put antaseptic on it I cant afford a vet Please help

Your problem is probably down to the fact that your beardie has shed and skin has been left on there cutting off the circulation to the toe. she really needs to get it seen too. i dont think it would cost that much to see the vet. You must check your beardies toes when they shed for skin that hasnt come off properly. have you checked her others aswell??

to the site on a daily basis, but if it doesnt appear to be healing then a vet's trip will be necessary

all vets in my area are 72-80 dollars for checkup and those are only 2 herp vets in a 100 mile radius.It is only that toe

I've had great luck using a peroxide solution of 50/50 water & peroxide.
Put her on paper towel until it's healed over. Every time you go into the room, put a few drops on it. (at least 3 times a day) Keep the cage as clean as possible & it will heal in no time.

This works so well, because not only does it clean it, but once it's dry, it allows the wound to dry. I've found that ointments just keep it too moist & takes much longer to heal.
