bump on side of cham

i posted this topic earlier but i didnt get very many respoces so maybe this time i will. first of all THANK YOU CHUNKS! but i need more oppionions. the bump is one third down his body and is only about a milimeter wide and a milimeter high. it is a circular shape and looks to be right over a rib. he is defecating normally. i will post a pic as soon as i can (a day or two). thanks.

Check the earlier thread again...I had a couple of ideas for you. A pic is the best help though.

I don't know if i said this earlier, i can't find the old post...
from your description it is some kind of parasite, and by you sayind it's round, it is probably a nematode. ONLY a vet can diagnose that. See how the guy does for another week or so and if he continues to have normal signs, keep that eye on him a little longer until it goes away or is considered a ripple of skin or bone deformity.
I know no one likes to go to the vet, but parasites can do BIT TIME damage to your cham's circulatory and digestive systems. You may need to go to a vet to get some antibiotics. It sounds like a minor infestation, but the single parasite may reproduce into hundreds.

Good idea to go to a vet if it doesnt go away in another week or so.

Btw, is you guy wild-caught or captive-bred?
