Need Plans For Ball Python Racking System Please...more...

I am planning on building a racking sytem for my adult (breeding) BP's. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some good basic plans??? Thanks for any help. Ade.

There was a recent thread where Artfan posted a link to his ladder rack design. Scroll down to find it.

Another good one is on the Ballpython.ca site. The "Markus Jayne" rack. It may be linked in the same thread.

Just last week I built a rack out of cheap hollow-core doors. You can read more about this style of rack at Riobravoreptiles.com. I simplified it by not cutting any of the doors. I've already come up with another design simplifying it even further if that interests you. I don't have plans but I think I could describe it.

Lastly, the hardest part about building a ball python rack nowadays is finding the right box. Personally, I recommend the Iris CB-70 or CB-110 available from Reptiletubs.com

Whatever plans you'll use will likely require a modification of the plans to the box you choose.
