Are you feeding live pinkies or frozen/thawed ones?
Some snakes that are used to eating frozen/thawed may not know what to do with a live one and be frightened of it.
If you are feeding frozen/thawed and he still isn't eating, try "braining" the pinky, by cutting the head open and letting brain matter ooze out. This usually entices them to eat.
Also, make sure that the snake is given enough privacy. Many wont eat while you are standing over them. Usually you have to leave the room, usually only for an hour or so, but sometimes really nervous ones need to be left overnight with food before they eat.

I handle my snakes for a few minutes before I feed them. This gets them moving and active. When my corns were little I would put them in a little container with the f/t meal and they always ate them. It was a dark place too.
Have you tried to feed at dusk/night?
Do you have a warm/cool sides? Sometimes if they are not warm enough they won't eat either. Couple hiding places too? They like to feel secure.
When my snakes don't go for the meal right away I just wiggle it in front of them to get their attention and they usually go for it.
Just some ideas to try.
