I would hold off on feeding him, as he will either A: not eat anyway, or B: regurge due to all the stress.. He is likely very cold from being out of the shipping container and away from the heat pack.. Him not moving around in the cage is also normal.. He will likely sit in his hidebox for the next month. lol. My retic hardly ever leaves his hide tub, or if he does, its to hide under his madrona tree or to soak. If he is SERIOUSLY not moving around at all when you take him out, seems lethargic, or isn't tounge flicking at ALL, this may be a bad sign. How bad was the rub? Was it bloody? Or is it just that dull look? If its just a dull area, thats usually caused by the top layer of the scale being torn off.. If its bloody and actually ripped skin, i'd take it to a vet and get it checked out considering you say its not moving at all either when you hold it.. If it seems physically ok, just leave it be and make sure it stays warm.
