the SUPER FOODS VMF what else should I use do I still need to use calcium/multivitamins? Thanks

Well, if your beardie is full grown what you have is fine, VMF (veggie maintenence formula). If it's young and still growing you need to get the VGF (veggie growth formula).

Spinkle it liberally on the salad every day. If you use it you don't need to use any other suppliments at all.

If you are feeding insects also, I would recommend getting the Superfoods ICB. It is the insect dust, what you have should only be used on you greens. These two supplements used together as directed are all you need as far as supps. are concerned.

willit hurt to use VMF on a 8 month 15 inch will it slow growth>?

You need to decide whether you want to go with the superfoods or with a "classic" calcium and vitamin schedule. If you decide to go with the superfoods, you dust EVERY salad with the VMF, and if you feed insects you should pick up the ICB and dust EVERY bug at EVERY offering...it's that simple. If you go with the "classic" routine there are plenty of online resources that offer suggestions for that. It would highly recommend one way or the other and no middle of the road approach.

Use one or the other, but not both. If you continue to use calcium & multivitamins in addition to the superfoods, you are oversupplimenting which can also lead to health problems. The superfoods are designed to be a complete suppliment by themselves.

No, It is fine to use. It just has a little less protien, calcium and d3 than the VGF. The VMF will not slow growth at all, it is far better than dusting your greens with just calcium at vitamins alone. Other factors effect growth besides nutrition...such as basking temps and the duration of time they are on per day. Do you feed insects also?
