If this will be for an adult male it is too small. I would not put a male veiled in anything smaller than 2'x2'x4', and bigger the better. You could build a cage that fills the available space you have. A cage that is too small will make it hard to provide a range of temps and humidity, enough climbing area, basking and hiding spots.
