the most wanted geko by a collector? the most prized ?, and the most attractive and interesting geko to own ?

New Zealand Green geckos are pretty high up there. I wouldnt mind owning a pair.

any of the new caledonian geckos except cresteds and gargoyles since htey have dropped in price to where people can now buy them.

I would agree with the nz green gex. Man those are amazing. I would also say that i wouldnt mind a pair of cat geckos. I have been enamored with them for years, but the wc price is still around $200, and i really wouldnt want to keep a rare wc animal...,not unless i knew for a fact that the pair would breed. Um, phantasticus is a great species too. In fact, a few years ago when i wanted to purchase one, the vendor told me that the breeding of these little guys was almost impossible, and that they were no longer going to be shipped out of their native habitat (indonisia). This year, however, i have found several CBB at shows for reasonable prices! Hopefully this will happen with the cat gex soon...

In my humble opinion, the Naultinus species are the prettiest and most desirable
of gecko species. I really like the Strophurus species and Uroplatus species
as far as most cryptic and cool looking. By far Crested and Gargoyle geckos
are my favorite for personality, especially Gargoyle geckos.

In my opinion Paroedura masobe and Coleonyx switaki are about the coolest looking geckos ever.
