just kidding, but you are not G-d and just cause you want them to breed doesn't mean they will. there is a reason they dont but it could be out of your hands.

some factors for breeding:
age
lighting
heat
brumation
genes (sex drive)
infertility
general health
parasites
and some others I forgot

They are living creatures. Maybe you are doing everything right but if they aren't ready, they won't do it.

What a lot of people don't understand is, if the female isn't willing and doesn't accept the male, well, then it's just not going to happen. Sometimes it takes quite a bit of perusing by the male, in order to impress the female enough to lift her tail.

1.What are the ages of your animals? 2.What are their weights?
3.Were they bromated? 4.Has the female been prepped dietarily?
So many possible other factors but I would like to see the answers to the above 4 ?'s Just to get an idea of the readiness of your pair.

They're 1 3/4 yrs. I'm not sure about their weight, but they're not skinny by any means. Yes, they were brumated. And describe dietairily prepped.

Breeding, developing eggs, nesting, etc. is hard work for them.
You can giver her more calories, fat, calcium, vitamins, etc. Kind of like prenatal care for a pregnant woman. Or an athlete getting ready for a big event.
One good idea is to offer Juvie pellets to her. Occasional pinkie mice is another. More bugs than normal.

Some animals, in the wild, have limited #'s of babies and or eggs when the environment is under stress. Like drought, lack of food, etc. It is possible beardies could do the same. So prepping her may increase your success.

I hope that clears it up for you.
