2 feet or three feet

im planning on making a cage for my beardies and going to make it 5 feet high, 2 feet wide, and either 2 feet high or three feet high. which one should it be? 2 ft. or 3 ft.

2 feet is pretty high, dragons aren't big climbers. My tank is two feet tall and it is high enough. If you are using large mercury vapor UVB bulbs you probably only need one, that is what I have. You can add normal basking bulbs for heat if you need more, but in my tank one big bulb on one side does the trick.

Don't need it to be 5 feet high at all. Better to make it 5 feet long, by 2 feet wide and 2 feet high. Though dragons do like to climb, they are not aboreal like Frillied Dragons.
