I'm sure you can stop poop from smelling by stirring it up with enough bleach, but then you have a poopy bleach and salt slurry.
That might be more of a problem to handle than the poop alone. So I say, leave the bleach in the bottle, and throw the poop away outside perhaps.

Get a fecal test done, poop is usually really smelly if the dragon has parasites. I haven't noticed any smell from my cage in a long time. Just scoop the lumps out and throw them away.

Best way to get rid of the odor of poop is clean it up as soon as possible after the dragon drops it. If on papertowel, replace the soiled section with clean papertowel. If using sand...scoop out the sand around the poop as well as the poop itself. For shelf liner or other non porous or particulate substrats, spot wash the area after picking up the poop with an antibacterial soap or mild cleaner, and wipe dry.
I never notice the smell of poop in my dragon's cage, except around the time she goes and I clean it. Once clean and thrown away, no more poop smell.
