Happy picture session....some of the new kids

TenorGoddess Jul 01, 2004 08:01 AM

Heya Everyone!

I thought I'd come back to the forum with good news. These are some pics of the new kiddos I got before leaving for my MA job hunt.
I have TONS of pictures in the photo gallery so just go there and under user name: TenorGoddess to see all of my photos.
Have fun!

Here is one of my little pastel miss Taffy. She ranges like a hogg boa from powder puff pink all the way to DARK pink all over her body. Yesterday she was powder pink (not sure what mood that is but she doesn't ever seem to change her mood. She's always calm, always happy and always curious and LOVES chin rubs). She was born in January of 2003. She is a VERY slow grower but has a great feeding response and loves to eat. I don't care how long it takes for her to grow...I love this little girl. She was going to be Nyoka's future bride...she'll have a mate one day...after she's fully grown of course.

Hugs!

REALLY super hard to ever capture this girl's pinks on camera. It's almost like retic irridescence, it's just THAT hard.
I do have some photos somewhere of her dark pink state...will have to find them.

She also has a super clean belly that is also pink. There just isn't a non-pink area on this girl. hehe! ;D

Gotta love the naked belly.

Vic named her. When we first got her in, he thought she was the cutest boa ever (his first time to see a neonate).

So I said, well...what's a good name for her...he said, "she looks like pink salt water taffy". So he named her Taffy and she is his all time favorite out of my entire collection. ;D

She does have a real cool smooth look to her. ;D

Hugs!
