What size cage would a collared mostly prefer.

I am thinking of buying two more tanks to hold collareds tat I will hopefully soon aquire. I have around 6 feet long x 3 feet wide section of area open in my room. Should I make both 3'x 3. This would give them room in all directions, but not as much as a longer length terrarium.
The other option is to make it 5' or 6' long x 18" wide. Although it may be thinner version I think they will still like it. My Adults really like their 5'x24"x25".
Any comments?

I think either cage size will work out nicely.
