how do i build a gas chamber for my rats....

Hi i have a question i need some information on building a gas chamber for my rats. I was using dry ice but found them hard to pack ofter they have expired so i was wondering how do i build a chamber to put them to sleep then freeze them.
Any help would be appreciated.
