dented eggs puffing back up?

pinatamonkey Jun 20, 2003 03:08 PM

A few times I have picked up an egg that's dented, and it puffs back up instantly. How's that work?

PS - my eggs are on day 55. Incubation has been between 81-83 degrees. When should I expect them to hatch?

I don't know...That's odd. Mine didn't puff back up when I picked them up. Maybe yours are moving around in there and pushing the shell back up...??

They're at day 55?? You should see pipping any time now, especially since you have denting.
