is only lettuce enough for gutloading mealies? if not, will they eat store bought cricket food? np

You have to feed all your feeder insects some type of gut-load. You can look on my website to see what I use. You dont have to use what I do, but some people use it in some form or another. Carrots and lettuce and stuff like that is just for a water source for the insects.

You have to feed your insects well. Always remember, what goes into your insect, goes into your gecko. So if you want a healthy gecko, feed the crickets and mealworms a healthy diet.

Try carrots as a water source
i use oats, and the crix gutloader, orange cubes.
