True enough! I think they are really attractive and fascinating skinks. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be trying to breed 'em!
I take it you're having good luck with them so far?
They're actually pretty neat looking.... some of the other legless skinks are far uglier.

So far, they are thriving. It's a bit hard to monitor their food intake since all the bugs I add to their enclosure (mostly mealworms, small earthworms, roach nymphs) tend to burrow down into their substrate of cypress mulch and sterile compost - but they do seem to be disappearing. And I have seen one skink eat a mealworm once. And they seem to be shedding well too so I take that as a good sign!
We'll see what happens - I would love to produce a few cbb Acontias!
Certainly more attractive than the MTS/PTS (sorry MTS/PTS lovers).
