I'm happy with my Filstar XP2 and it is suprisingly quiet. Just wondering to the Fluval 404 owners how they compare with noise?

I am very happy with my Fluval 404. The only noise it makes is when you initially turn on the filter it will make some rattling noises. But that is only from the media settling and the noise stops within a few minutes. It is a very quiet filter.

I second that. My Fluval 404 makes no sound whatsoever. Excellent excellent filter too.
