Great pic Jimmy.

It was a hatchling pair of normals - which hold the position of favorite corn morph for me - that really started my love of corns. I'd always liked them, and often browsed the tables at shows I'd attended. The rainbow of color and pattern phases was just facinating. It was a vendor at one of the shows that I participated in that had a pair of hatchling normals that I just HAD to have. As they say...the rest is history! lol

My female:

Both are sweet hearts and my favourite corns.

>>nice pics
the second one doesn't look normal to me.
No black around the saddles.
Red saddles with a lighter red background.
just doesn't look like a normal.
Very nice snake, though.

Thanks! She's a sibling to the normal male, and was sold as a normal, but looks basically hypo to me...except she has the black checkers on her abdomen. Just a quirky color? And yeah, she is every bit as bright in person as she is in that photo.

Well, she really does have some cool coloration.
Definitely interesting to see what she will produce.

Very hard to surpass the masterpiece that mother nature has already created. Very nice Jimmy.

>>And I thought mine was special!
your snake and picture are beautiful.
Makes mine look kind of dull.

BUT, I think I speak for most of us when I say it is the "normal" corn and its beauty that got most of us interested in this hobby to begin with.
Especially the olders ones of us.
I still hate the name "normal" though.
Nothing normal about them...lol

I produced this female from a CandyCane X Normal breeding a few years ago, (the Candy was exceptional, the normal was fairly average) she was one of the coolest normals I've ever seen. I just sold her earlier this year, I should have kept her, she'd be breeding size this season.
