Bcc as pets?

msubigdawg Jul 03, 2004 11:05 PM

Is there a big difference between the Bcc's. What does everyone feel is the best first Bcc? Also when are most of the Bcc's going to be born and who has the best near north florida or south georgia?

One thing I can tell you right away is that my BCC is much more 'timid/shy/skiddish' than my BCI.

I raised a BCI before going to BCC and my BCI was calmer, friendlier and much better to handle than any of my past snakes, even BPs!!! Best personality I have ever seen!

My BCC hisses and makes a little show before being handled. With faster movements she reacts scared but hasn't ever bitten. She is handled often and hopefully will turn out to be something special.

I think that regardless of the differences between BCC and BCI, once you know about snakes, either make equally fantastic pets once raised from very young. You learn their moods and likes and dislikes.

Good luck...
