Silicon

Someone at a herp show suggested something called Handy Sand for beardies and he swore by it. It is a fine silicon material. I was wondering would this be safe for a beardie it is only $3 for a 50 pound bag so it is pretty cheap and I would like to use it. Does anyone know if it safe?

I bet it's the same stuff you buy at Home Depot but three hundred times as expensive. Well, that's probably an exageration but anyway, here's the link.
