Thanks ferox and Greg for your previous response with regard to my question on the sex of my blue tegu. Here I am attaching 2 pics, he/she is about 2 years and is 2 feet and a half.
Maybe by looking at him/her, you can take an educated guess on what the sex might be.

What a beauty! I do not know about an educated guess, but. 
I would say a female, with the lack of large jowels. Also you mentioned she is close to 2 yrs. old and arrpod 2.5'. Most blue females only reach 3' at the very max.
Oh, and if you find to find another home for her later.........let me know!!!!
Also, were you able to look for the spurs? I know it is hard to find sometimes especially for the first time. Check under her tail by her colocial openning (back of it). On each side there should be no wart-like bumps.......if she is a she...
