Crusty nostril

mizar 21 Jul 04, 2004 02:33 PM

My collared show some crusty nostril again, he do that when he's about to shed. He do some rock rubbing too. What can i do to help him shed ? Raising the hunidity is very tough in his desert enclosure. Misting him ? I'm sure he will get very mad at me , lol. What works for your collared ?

they don't care fro it much, but I think they are happier after, as their skin comes of faster.

The crusty nostrils is fairly normal, it will leave in a few days, just expelling excess salts.
