It's a little tough to make out (I think you got too close for your camera to focus), but all I see is a couple of folded scales. That happens somtimes if the snake lays tightly coiled for a while, or catches the edges of the scales on something while climbing around the cage. It dosn't look like anything to worry about.

I agree. I bet you could start feeding your snake fuzzies at this time though. Might be cheaper. Heck, from the pics I think it could eat 2 fuzzies a week. It's a personal decision though.
