RAHHH! I can't get my fogger to work!

Aaargh! I just bought an exoterra fogger and it was working GREAT the very first time I put it in my snake's water dish. It spouted for about an hour then it quit.

Then I filled the dish again and it wouldn't fog anymore! I took it out and tried the next day and it worked again for an hour, but then quit and I had the same results as the previous day.

I tried unplugging it and replugging it, and NOTHING IS WORKING! The little on off light won't even turn on sometimes. Now I know it's not just the particular outlet I'm using... and there are no loose connections. The meniscus definately should not need replacing since I only bought it brand new 2 days ago. Can anyone help me? Will this thing annoy my rainbow boa?
