Hi everyone, new to the post thing. My friend has a 5 foot central american. after he feeds it, it bites itself repetidly, about 3 to 4 times, i guess. But its only happened a couple of times. Is there anything to worry about? Any replies would be appreciated. Thank You.

No it doesnt chase tail lol, it like bites itself where the rat is in its stomach. I've just never seen a snake do that before was just curious.

My corn did that the other day, it intensly waited for itself to move and then nosed it as it kept moving, if it had a tongue for cleaning that would of been the thing to do. Smelling like FT and moving, that is too funny. I've also know snakes can hear. I scratch on the side of the feding container to directed it to the FT out of curiosity and it goes there. Didn't think they could hear or that good anyway.
