Does anybody ever see any Easterns from DC ? I was sent a couple of pics by John White of a gravid female so I put up a new page on my site "District Of Columbia" . If anyone has and DC Kings I would love to put them up.

Did he let her go???

I could cry. There are some wooded areas in D.C. - like Rock Creek Park but there are roads EVERYWHERE intersecting it. I can't believe that there was an Eastern King in there, let alone a gravid one!!!

for new sewer lines and road projects, and I haven't seen an eastern Kingsnake. Most of the habitat in the park is trashed from overgrazing by deer, 70-80 percent coverage of invasive flora, and constant human abuse. I think this female was from over near the C&O canal.
