White lined and Golden

msubigdawg Jul 05, 2004 03:21 PM

I have a white lined and golden gecko that I got from a friend at college. They didn't want them and since I love reptiles I took them. I am not a lizard person but I am taking care of these. I am more of a snake person. I have found the white lined as a pissy attitude and the golden likes to crap on me when I pick him up. I keep them together in a 20 gallon tank. I was wondering if anyone else has kept two geckos like this together. Mine seem to really like each other.

Those do ok together but I would get a bigger tank. A 29 tall would be nice if you're on a budget but the bigger the better. These guys like hight, humidity, and lots of hiding places. Good luck and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

I don´t like the idea too much. Goldens are rock dwellers, whereas white lineds are tree dwellers. Doe not fit together too nicely.
