severe respritory infection, if your cham is "fainting" that could be serious, consult a vet right away....... is the ciggarette smoke present as the same room as your cham, also caging information would be more helpful... is it well ventilated?
we need a lot more info than what you have given, but frankly this does not sound like something you want to waste time writing to us - bring it to the vet. If you don't have one (hopefully you do!) I have linked a site with listings.
We need to know:
what species of cham (veiled, panther, etc.)
how old
what sort of food, supplementation/gutloading
cage
lighting
humidity and temp levels
how long have you had it
male/female
vets by state and country
