I've seen pics of boas that were imported as either farm bred or wc. How hard is it to actually import yourself? I know the import permits must be a pain, but what else is needed? How hard is it to find a RELIABLE exporter? Is there a minimum amount of snakes they want you to buy? Or is it based on price? What areas of the world are easier to import from? What is the hardest? Is it easy to get true locality data from an exporter? Anything you can tell me would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm really interested in importing small-medium amount of mainly south american boa constrictors. About 20-100 depending on the price of them. I'm not really looking for a large amount to resale, just quite a few for my own breeding stock. What is the quality you usually get? Can you pay more and get better looking animals?

I copied this from an earlier post by RK Reptiles, pricy but possible. Not going to do it this year, but maybe next. Heck the paperwork will probably take the rest of this year...lol.
