Pintoki,
...If you search throught this forum you will find loads of information from people who have successfully bred Rainbow Boas. I have had good luck breeding Rainbow Boas by cooling them a little in november and december. They then usually breed in january and february. There are some people who have had Rainbows breed without cooling them. I think that light cues play a role in the breeding of Rainbow Boas and that because of this it is not common for Rainbow boas to be bred in the northern hemisphere at any time other than the winter. Anyone who seriously wants to breed any Boas or Pythons should read Ross and Marzec's book "The Reproductive Husbandry of Python's and Boas". Some of the species specific information in this book is obsolete but the general principals of boid breeding are fully explained. This book really is a valuable tool. I have some info about breeding Rainbow Boas on my website.
