A customer is coming to the US but he needed Inport/Export papers to bring them back into his country. Where do I begin?

You will have to contact USF&W and start the process. Depending on the species C.I.T.E.S. export documents will need to be applied for, a USF&W Import/Export License will need to be applied for. USF&W will have to inspect the animals before the leave the country. USF&W can let you know everything that you will need to do.
