one breed leopard geckos In dallas fortworth METRO.Can use potting soil from a plant pot in a humid hide or can It be bair with just regulr misting.

Potting soil = bad idea. Use coconut bedding (called bed a beast & about 10 other names) you can get it at a pet store & sometimes garden centers. Potting soil has fertilizers in it...not good. If you take it out of a potted plant, it will also probably be loaded with other stuff, mostly protozoans and other stuff you don't really want your gecko being exposed to. Not sure about breeders in your area, we have some good ones here in Atlanta though!
