Whats the difference?

What is the difference between a Texas Collared Lizard and an Eastern Desert Collard Lizard? Can I breed these two together and can they live in the same conditions?
Thanks Guys!

It would help immensely if you can find out the scientific names. I'd guess your TX collared is Crotaphytus collaris and the Eastern Desert could be the same species or C. bicintores. It's hard to know for sure, though.

The Lacey Act theoretically prevents this buffoonery from happening, but misidentification continues to run rampant, especially in the chain-style pet stores.
