okay my DAD is a firefighter and yesterday some one called him saying there was a snake in the back yard. so they whent and sure enough its was a california mountain kingsnake. so he took it home for me and we put it in a 40 gallon tank. it is almost 3ft long and i dont know how to check if it is a boy or girl i no how to tell but i have never done it because i am afraid i am going to hurt the snake.
