Wow, I thought you were talking about the spicy meat sausages you put on pizza, that's a pepperoni in english.
Green, red and yellow peppers are, as far as I know, fine to feed to a veiled. They are very high in water content, which is a bonus because of the constant water needs of chameleons. Red pepper is great because it's very brightly coloured and will be gobbled up quickly by most veileds. I'm not sure about yellows, though, I don't eat them often at all. Greens and reds are OK though.

Correct me if i'm wrong everyone, i remember seeing these peppers on the o.k. list for veggies for chams.

Good to hear!
You actually gave me a good idea...one of my female veileds has never drank water in front of me and I don't know if she ever drinks at all because she always shows signs of a not-well hydrated animal (not dehydrated, but on the less hydrated side anyway). She eats ANYTHING that is red! those red peppers are so full of water I should use that as a secondary water source...lots of vitamins as well.

Does anyone know if chams can eat watermelon (seedless, because I nkow many seeds are poisonous to chams).

yes, seedless and skinless and in small amounts...there is, however, little nutritional benefit to watermelon so don't feed it too much...i know your looking for a secondary source of moisture but you want your cham to get a little more out of it's meal....cherries and strawberries (skinless and seedless) would be better....there have also been complaints from iguana owners that feeding fruits from the melon family have caused constipation when fed in excess
