Why are these boas so expensive? Are there inmport restrictions on them? Are they difficult to breed? Just curious.

annulated tree boas are very rarely imported into the united states and although im not sure the husbandry require ments im sure they are close to that of c.hortalanus or c.canius they have a very small range in the wild and are not as readily caught like the huge number of import c.hortalanus
