What's a blizzard king? Is it an all-white Cal king?
Anyway, there is no law against it. But if a "blizzard king" is a Cal king, then it could end up being a meal for the Eastern king instead of a mate.
Ideally, you want Eastern kings to breed with Eastern kings. I know on the West Coast here, EKs are not that common, and the market here would be great for "pure" Easterns.

a blizzard king is an ALL white kingsnake. I saw a pic of one and thats what the name said...Ok i guess my 2nd snake will be another eastern king. Awsome snakes anyway
I agree. I'm not sure there would be that many people interested in having a California King crossed with an Eastern. I've never seen one anywhere and I think that may be the reason why. If you don't plan on keeping all the offspring, I'd stick with breeding Eastern to Eastern.
