I was wondering if I can keep a Collared in a 20 gallon long tank if I give him many things to climb on. It would be very helpful if I can, cause I have an extra 20 gallon.

But yes, one could be housed in a 20 long. Maybe you could upgrade, after awhile to atleast a 30 !
