how many full grown leos can u fit in a 30 gallon?

hey, im making a switch. I have my leopardgeckos in a 45 gallon corner tank, and my white's treefrogs in a 30 gallon. i then realize i can swith them, cuz the tanks suit their needs. So just wonderin, how many full grown leos can fit in a 30

I wouldn't suggest any more than two, max three if you provide lots of hiding spots. Think about ten or so gallons per gecko.

Thinking in gallons is ok, but it would be much better is you thought in square inches. Measure the bottom on of the tank, and find the area. Each lizard should have a minimum of 100 sq in. I prefer to have more, but 100 is still an acceptable number.

My 20 gallon ia a bit over 200 sq in, like 250, so I could put two in there. The gallon rule becomes irrelevant if the tank is like a 20-long or whathave you.

the original 45 gallon cornertank is about 444 sq inches,
while the 30 gallon is 432 sq inches
so it is about 12 square inches smaller

So, since i have a trio already, next expo could i fit in another female if all requirements are met. (of coarse i'll quarintine it)

Sounds good. Like you said quarentine, then make sure they all get along with no fighting etc.
