Jordan --

My "little" guy is doing great! He's not so little anymore, but he seems to be taming down very well, so I don't think I'll have to worry about having a vicious giant on my hands He's been absolutely POUNDING everything I give him (except for hamsters . . . snakes seem to HATE hamsters). Only time he refused was last week, and that was because of shed... He went into shed, then seemed to go out again (without shedding any skin that I could find). I know there was a thread on this forum about that happening to someone else, so I'm going to go back and look for it today . . . Not too worried though, as he seems to be doing fine.

Anyway, I may post some pics of him if I ever get DSL in my apartment... Ha ha ha.

Sorry for the long post . . . Possible writing major....

What new short-tails did you get (blacks, new Borneos, etc.)?

Fox good to hear man, glad hes doing well. Your snake is still in shed he'll probably go in a few days. Bloods and ST's tend to go into blue and then back into normal before they shed and can take two weeks sometimes. My larger ones belly used to turn orange about four weeks before a shed, last time he did it tho his belly went orange about a week later and has stayed that color, its kinda neat maybee he'll keep it? I feel your dial up pain man I'm back on dial up for the summer cause I'm home working.... and I'll post some pics of my new kids once they settle in

Kitt, thanks for the kind words. Here's a pic of him from today. He's on the cusp of turning more brown or redder he seems to teeter on the edge.Either way I love him alot since he was my very first snake.

Hey,
When you find one that looks like that, how can you not love him. He's a marvel to behold!

Reminds me a lot of my first red male that "drummagirl" (Carole) now has.

Does his head ever fade to silver & back?

He's a really, really pretty snake.
