Hi, what kinds can go together?

OK, I ordered this really cool aquarium kit and set it up last night. It's in a 20 gallon tank. It has a waterfall, plants, and everything. It is so beautiful. I'm almost done decorating it. I was going to put my fire belly toads in it, but I know they can only live with other fire belly toads, I decided I wanted to make it like a real river and mix some species in it. What kinds of salamanders or newts could live in there together? Could any kinds of frogs or treefrogs? What about a little mud turtle? I know it's not always a good idea to mix, but I want to make the tank really pretty and colorful. I plan to upgrade it to maybe a 30 gallon tank. Any animal ideas?

Do not mix any species of amphibians,That is the bottom line.If you care about your animals you will follow that to the tee.It will avoid soooo many problems.Research as much as possible before buying any animal.
