Right now i have an Eastern Kingsnake and hes great but he hides alot. I would like to get another snake but was wondering what kind of snake i should get. Hognose, milk, corn, etc. I dont want anything like a boa or python, they get to big. Which snake has a good personality??

Seems like you're looking for something a little more active, right? If that's the case, I think a corn snake would be your best bet ( at least of the snakes you listed). Hognoses and milks are just as secretive if not more then eastern kings; in fact, I rarely see my hogs outside of feeding and cleaning time. Most of the corns I've dealt with would come out and investigate every now and then, but the same is true for just about all the Cal Kings I've had. For pure personality and natural inquisitiveness, I don't think anything can beat Pituophis. The size might be a problem for you though, and sometimes their personalities can be a bit overwhelming.
Cheers!

My most active snakes are my cornsnake, Mexican Black Kingsnake and California Kingsnake (but she has an attitude). They all have great feeding responses. My corn is the most docile, but they are all great to handle.

I have 2 morphs of black rats. They're great. Once they got comfy in their cages they started exploring, checking out all around their tank. Now they're almost always lying out or something, very seldom in their caves. I like an active snake who likes to move around, although not everyone does. My 2 cents.
