Out of all my babies this year I've had only one tail nip. (fingers crossed) It was the largest baby from my Daisy/O.J. breeding. I saw it happen at cricket feeding time. She had a cricket on her tail and POW! I decided to keep it whatever it turned out to be. It ends up that it's a female and she outweighs all the other babies by at least 6 grams. At a month old she is already 16 grams and it turns out she has some nice color to her, as well. Mom is trying to eat her way to 600 grams and should make it by brumation time.
